Duane Morris seeks a senior associate or special counsel for the Real Estate Practice Group in its Philadelphia office. The candidate should have 6-10 years of experience working with a firm’s Real Estate/Finance group(s) and a demonstrated experience and expertise within the field, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing primarily in the commercial sector; title review and due diligence; secured transactions for lenders and borrowers including forbearances, consents, equity transfers, assumptions and similar transactions. Candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills. Collegiality, team- work, and strong work ethic are critical components to this practice group. Top tier law school and PA Bar admission required.
