The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Strategy Advancement Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

This person will assist with developing, executing and managing regional strategy initiatives to advance the South/East Region for both Cost of Care, Margin and Growth. This role provides end -to -end support to the Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, particularly with executive reporting and analytics, insights-driven performance management, project management and execution, and other miscellaneous operational activities. This role will be asked to provide leadership support on key strategic initiatives for the region, from ideation through implementation. Role requires strong technical and analytical acumen and will be expected to deliver actionable insights that drive meaningful performance improvement. Role will work closely with Sales market leadership and key aligned partners in the areas of Sales Operations, Finance, and the Group Sales Chief of Staff. Role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others and collaborate effectively.

Duties include:

Business Planning for Region/Markets

Growth Strategy Development/Execution

Support of On-Boarding of Leadership Associates with support of AA

Coordinate/Manage Regional leadership Staff Meetings - work with AA to create presentation material

Project Manage MT/Senior Leadership Staff Meetings Requests

Reporting through ARC/Ad-Hoc Reports

Value Prop Training and Implementation

Broker Contingency Development & Management

Required Qualifications

8 or more years of technical experience

5 or more years of market experience

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree a plus but not required

At least 5 years market experience - sales/service/support

Excellent written/oral communication skills - power point, sales force and presentation coordination required

Outstanding Organizational/Project Management skills required

Innovative Thinker - Understands the basics of our business in employee benefits

C-Suite Engagement - either C-suite support or presentation experience

'Teams' Experience Needed

Hard working/Dedicated Individual required
