The candidate will be responsible for: Review, draft and negotiation form agreements as well as non-standards contracts. Maintain and ensure accuracy of contract management database. Report on status of existing and pending contracts. Manage all facets of the contract lifecycle. Work with internal and external customers to provide superior customer service regarding contracts. Ability to maintain highly collaborative relationships. Self-starter with the ability prioritize in a fast paced environment. Complete vendor forms. Must have Undergraduate Degree. Should have 5+ years of relevant experience in contract review and management. Must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Should have experience with contract management software including reporting functions. Must have excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail and record keeping. Should have excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
