Omaha office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 5-7 years of relevant experience in a specific area of law. The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings as needed by the specialty area of law for the Attorney. Will consistently provide excellent advice and guidance to clients on a variety of legal matters. Working collaboratively as part of a team. Managing multiple clients, cases, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines. Collaborating with clients and their advisors to develop strategies designed to meet specific goals. Business development, including professional organization involvement and writing. Supervising paralegals, staff, and team members as the role progresses. Must be familiar with court pleadings and court processes and has experience working with business owners, institutions, and individuals. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Successful passing of the Bar exam is required. Must be an Active member in good standing of the Bar or currently eligible to become licensed to practice law in either Iowa, South Dakota, or Nebraska. 7-10 years of specific experience is required.
