Head of Marketing
The candidate will manage creative, media, and digital agencies to develop highly engaging content. Apply data and analytics to measure the success of the brand marketing programs in driving traditional brand metrics and core business results. Brief and coordinate with the team to build assets and deliverables, and ensure all campaigns are executed properly and on time. Manage a small in-house team and the agency partner(s). You’ll lead by example and inspire excellence across all stakeholders. Identify growth opportunities that are relevant for GFI to make an impact. Manage the marketing budget and deliver maximum impact through shrewd decision making and prioritization. Own the day-to-day management of Marketing, including all meetings and recaps. Deep knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or any other social platforms. Develop and drive a best-in-class social media strategy that grows the following, increases brand awareness. Provide guidance & collaborate to ensure the social content is in line with the larger brand goals, voice, and look. Manage weekly recap process tracking growth and engagement goals as we iterate on creative content that works. Should have 7+ years relevant work experience in marketing and brand strategy with 3+ years in a leadership role. Marketing operations and organizational strategy experience is required. Spanish skills are required.
