Compliance Leader Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind and Digital Services
The candidate will design, own and manage the compliance program for the 3 businesses (and their JVs as applicable), and ensure that the adequate policies, procedures and controls are effectively in place. Ensure effective implementation of all applicable Corporate Enterprise Standards. Partner with RE CCO, the businesses General Counsels and the businesses’ leadership teams to ensure strong and coherent Compliance culture; drive and facilitate Compliance ownership by business leaders through quarterly Compliance Review Board meetings and other regular rhythms. Own and perform risk assessment and abatement, including forward-looking identification of emerging or unappreciated Compliance risks. Partner with the RE Compliance Operations Leader and the RE CCO to identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve the processes and the programs. Gather and analyze compliance-related data and construct strategic responses. Partner with the RE Compliance Training & Communications Leader, to develop and implement a Compliance training plan for the businesses and confirm effective delivery, including conducting regular targeted live training sessions. Serve as an active member of the Renewable Energy Compliance team, providing partnership and support to other team members and key stakeholders on RE-wide priorities and initiatives. This position has full responsibility and accountability for planning, implementing and monitoring the Compliance Program and Culture for the Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind and Digital Services businesses within firm.
