Commercial Attorney V
The candidate will partner and provide legal support and direction to sales teams and executives regarding Company’s product and services. Draft, negotiate, and manage contractual documents that establish business relationships with customers and third parties. Support and navigate a wide range of legal issues including, but not limited to, antitrust, intellectual property (creation, management, enforcement and infringement), licensing, UCC, trade, bankruptcy, employment, application of international law, tax, EH&S, and regulatory compliance. Provide proactive legal advice to account team members and executive staff, including attending and participating in staff, operational and product meetings. Lead and contribute to the development of business processes and policies to better enable achievement of business objectives, mitigate risk, reduce inefficiencies and improve effectiveness. Collaborate and drive change management programs in a matrix managed organization. Provide training and develop programs to protect IP and accomplish business goals. Manage outside counsel and related budgets.
