Real Estate Associate – Mid-Level – Seattle or Bellevue
The Real Property Practice Group in the Seattle or Bellevue office of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, finance, real estate joint ventures and land development projects. An emphasis on financing experience and prior law firm experience is preferred as well as strong title and survey experience and an ability to work with our paralegals. This is a great opportunity for a confident, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to handle matters independently and a desire to assist our client teams in more complex transactions. Applicants should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as have the ability to handle significant individual responsibilities for more than one supervising attorney.
We are relentlessly committed to client service and look for candidates who share that commitment. At DWT, client service means having empathy for each client’s and each lawyer’s work and personal pressures, business objectives, and legal needs; anticipating their needs; and having the capabilities and commitment to deliver what matters most to them.
DWT offers a fast-paced and collegial working atmosphere where associates have the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging matters. We encourage and invite in-house candidates to apply. National applicants seeking to relocate to Seattle are also welcomed. Relocation and bar expenses are paid.
To apply, please upload a cover letter addressed to Deverie Hart, Senior Manager, Lawyer Recruiting, a resume, a brief (10 pages max) writing sample, and a law school transcript. We would also appreciate you letting us know how you heard about this position – thank you!
We are accepting submissions from third-party recruiters.
