Serves as a resource providing Human Resource support to Virginia Mason Team Members and external contacts by responding to inquiries and questions. Provides information regarding company policies, procedures and programs. May be on the phone for up to sixty percent of working hours. Processes requests/documents via data input into systems while ensuring efficient delivery of customer service in compliance with Virginia Mason policy, all state/local laws and federal regulations. Functional areas include but are not limited to: HRIS, HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Employee Services & Records, New Hire Onboarding; Compensation, Health/Wellness Benefits and Leave Administration; and Compliance.

High school Diploma or GED

Requires 2 years progressively more responsible related work experience in a fast paced/dynamic work environment with administrative/data processing duties.

Demonstrated experience with customer service standards and practices;

Experience with small group presentations,

Ability to work independently, skilled in time management, prioritizing work, organizing multiple projects and completing tasks on time.

Experience having access to, working with, and maintaining confidential/sensitive information.

MS Office Suite and Data Entry 70wpm/Ten Key 20spm.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management or Business. HR Certification or both.

2 years’ work experience in Human Resources doing generalist/benefits administration/new hire onboarding duties.

Share Point experience preferred.

Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word and Excel
