Responsibilities

The Cloud Architect Principal, Finance Innovation will collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop an enterprise digital technology strategy to engage and serve our associates in delivering a new cloud based financial ecosystem. The Principal will lead platform and implementation partners as well as the entire delivery cycle of the new financial systems platform by partnering effectively with other IT functions such as Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Information Security, Cloud infrastructure and Enterprise API

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field

Extensive experience in implementing cloud architecture to include setting and executing large-scale strategies for cloud architecture, and in creating value through the delivery of top-tier SaaS/Platform solutions

5 years of experience leading a software engineering team, with a record of success in expanding and elevating the capabilities and performance of the team

Proven success in creating a roadmap, vision, and strategy for an entire portfolio of software solutions

Strategic thinker with the ability to quickly grasp business strategy, ability to storyboard and drive business model innovation by leveraging technology

Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize diverse sets of projects

Excellent oral and written communications skills at all organizational levels, including the ability to skillfully convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs and win their co-ownership in the outcome

Experience as a leader of, or key contributor to, large RFP responses

Experience managing external vendor relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Current or recent experience in a large, highly matrixed company (i.e., Fortune 250), with proven ability to influence leaders and key stakeholders in such an environment

Change agent with a strong business acumen ('business savvy technologist') with the ability to understand downstream and upstream impacts

Healthcare related experience
