Associate -Civil Litigation

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the areas of insurance defense, professional liability defense and civil litigation. Prior background in professional liability defense, including defense of health care professionals and/or long-term care facilities. Strong research and writing capabilities are a must. Trial and deposition experience is a plus. Less experienced attorneys with relevant experience will be considered. North Carolina license required.
