Review and analyze property titles for accuracy and completeness
Draft and review legal documentation including:
Contracts
Purchase and sale agreements
Deeds
Leases
Loan documents
Collaborate with brokers, lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth closings
Review disbursement ledgers and execute checks
Provide professional guidance to clients and address transaction-related concerns
Represent the firm in local business development and community outreach
Conduct training sessions for prospective clients and real estate professionals
Assist in expanding the firm's visibility and reputation within the region
Member in good standing of the South Carolina State Bar
Experience in residential real estate closings strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage transactions independently
Commitment to client service and professionalism
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on firm and practice growth
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in South Carolina
