Set Up Specialist

The candidate will be responsible for setting up client files, reviewing documents to ensure completeness and obtaining any missing information needed to complete the set-up process. Entering information into our database, investigating insurance coverages, and obtaining any missing information to ensure assigned case files are completely set up. Opening claims with insurance companies and sending out letters of representation. Mailing demand packages to the insurance company when the case is ready to be negotiated. Should be self-motivated and able to prioritize work to ensure responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner. Should have excellent data entry skills and are detail-focused so will easily notice necessary items that are missing from files.
