Compliance Officer - TPM Governance
The candidate will support Ericsson’s Third-Party Management program as it’s being rolled out within Ericsson and in affiliated and controlled entities. Design enhancements to the TPM Program, including policies and procedures governing the program. Advise stakeholders on proper application of TPM Program. Coordinate with, and respond to feedback from, multiple stakeholders involved in TPM process. Drive simplification initiatives whilst working with diverse teams. Drive programmatic enhancements to policy in line with TPM strategy and to address Ericsson’s updated Route-To-Market landscape. Draft guidance documents on the TPM Program. Develop and conduct trainings on the TPM Program and anti-corruption legal developments. Contribute to programmatic automation initiatives, connecting TPM policy with sensible, relevant use of data within and outside the organization. Evaluate corruption risks and mitigation strategies in connection with due diligence findings. Provide regular updates to leadership teams, the compliance organization, and others, as needed, regarding third party issues. Manage external providers (external counsel and due diligence providers) as appropriate. Assist the Head of Third-Party Management with management of the TPM team. Maintain a sound understanding of the global and local business activities, applicable laws, and regulations. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Third Party Management. Should have Law degree. High level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson values of respect, integrity, and perseverance; must be compassionate and willing to listen. Excellent communication skills (including the ability to handle executive level internal and external contacts, including government authorities and regulators). Proficient in English. Work experience in in-house compliance roles and/or at law firm advising companies regarding anti-corruption compliance. Experience with monitorship is a plus. International experience and cultural awareness is a plus. Independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
