The candidate will be working with venture-backed private and public companies through a range of transactions including equity financing, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance. Should have experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and private and public offerings of securities. Experience working with life sciences companies is preferred. Must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
