The candidate will interface daily with superiors, peers and subordinates and clients on large and small IRW projects. This could include interpreting IRS codes and Regulations, drafting guidance, data analysis and requirements development that help clients translate and implement these rules. Conduct a gap analysis of the current state of clients’ policies, procedures and systems and write business requirements. Be part of a team that prepares documentation including presentations and flow charts. Involved in technical analysis, process improvement and responding to requests for proposals from clients also.
