Litigation Paralegal

The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program. Must have 2-7 years of experience at a law firm and litigation experience in federal and state courts; litigation in state and federal court; commercial litigation, medical malpractice and/or product liability. Bankruptcy experience is a plus. Relativity software experience is required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
