Senior Manager, Quality Assessment & Improvement
Duties: Work alongside the Deputy to CEO, Quality Assessment & Improvement to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating processes and procedures to ensure the Firm’s operations meet the quality, integrity, and best practice standards, and where necessary, provide guidance to help bring about improvements to drive the firm’s efficiency and profitability. Through auditing support, continuous monitoring of controls and updating of processes, this individual will play a key role in identifying gaps in various procedures and will offer data driven recommendations to provide improvement and set standardize best practices for ongoing compliance of each department. This critical feedback and guidance to various stakeholders is designed to ensure the policies and procedures within respective departments are being followed at the highest level of integrity. Responsible for evaluating business and legal operations across all departments from a strategic level to ensure that our products and services are of the highest quality, integrity, and functionality. Investigate, draft and present business cases to guide key stakeholders on the appropriate actions for process alignment and improvement. Identify or develop appropriate selection tools and processes that meet the highest standards for validity, and administrative efficiency. Work within cross-functional teams to develop and redesign content, tools, and best practices. Collaborates with management and senior staff across departments and roles to draft acceptable quality standards. Develops and implements quality control standard testing to evaluate inefficiencies /efficiencies and implement an evaluation process. Assesses test results, develop and communicate recommended changes. Draft and develop quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance. Periodically audit and reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies. Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires a continuous improvement and process and solution-oriented mindset, as well as a willingness and ability to take ownership to drive change. Performs other related duties as assigned.
