Corporate/Private Equity Associate
The candidate must be a Mid to Senior Level Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience in the corporate group of a law firm and significant experience in complex corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions on the buy and sell-side), business formation matters, corporate governance, and contract matters. Private equity experience is a plus. Must be proactive, with a strong business sense and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships and must have strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, drafting, and issue resolution skills. Must also have the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
