Associate Director For Procurement
The candidate will work under the direction of the Firm Director of Administration to develop and lead a firm wide team of procurement professionals who will negotiate and manage contracts, pricing and purchasing, and maintain relationships with the Firm’s strategic suppliers of goods and services.Will be expected to review current procurement firmwide, develop and implement systems to produce efficiency, improve recordkeeping, streamline accounts payable and fixed asset inventory maintenance, and provide spend visibility to the Firm Administrative Partner, Director of Administration and others involved in budget and financial planning for the Firm. Must have Bachelor's degree and maintain certification as a CPA. MBA or other graduate business degree, MCIPS (Member, Charted Institute of Procurement and Supply) or CPIM/CSCP (APICS) or Certified International Procurement Professional preferred. Must have 10 years’ of experience working in professional services firm, including direct experience conducting business process evaluation and developing effective work teams, managing Requests for Proposals and vendor contracts, benchmarking and negotiations for a wide range of business goods and services, and audit and management of operating costs. Must have familiarity with P2P and other system related to contract, vendor and asset management. Should haveeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
