Contracts Analyst
The candidate will create contracts, teaming agreements, subcontracts, subcontract plans, consultant agreements, confidentiality agreements, software licenses, master service agreements, etc. Monitor and respond to CPARS, Service Contract Reporting, eSRS reporting and contract related activities. Review and approve negotiated deviations from standard terms and conditions, consulting with the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Director of Contracts, and outside legal counsel when appropriate. Generate price quotes and related terms and conditions. Coordinate, manage and approve quotes and proposals. Provide advice and recommendations to the Company’s Officers, Directors, project managers, and proposal development staff to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance. Identify contractual and compliance risks in proposed business initiatives including recommended mitigations. Think independently and provide others with convincing and persuasive evidence that supports a stated acquisition strategy or position. Administer the Company’s GSA IT70 Schedules. File and enforce copyright, trademark and patent applications to protect the Company’s intellectual property. Interface with, and obtain guidance from, the Company’s outside legal counsel when required. Develop and enforce company and departmental procedures relating to contract compliance and business administration. Ability to read the regulatory, policy and related acquisition guidance, interpret that guidance to a stated situation, and apply the concepts presented in the guidance. Maintain and expand client relationships. Work closely with the Contracts Teams, Account Managers and Business Operations team and other stakeholders.
