Duties: Reviews bankruptcy notices/scrub results/pleadings and processes same. Reviews bankruptcy filings to ascertain whether any action is required. Filing proof of claims. Management of bankruptcy inventory. Updates client electronic systems, including but not limited to CLS and E-file, with bankruptcy information. Contacts court clerks/garnishees, to the extent necessary, to notify of a bankruptcy filing. Maintains queues for bankruptcy processing. Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
