Responsibilities: Advise internal business teams on a variety of legal topics pertaining to financial products and markets, vendor agreements, consumer protection, marketing, intellectual property security and the general legal framework for developer inhouse ecosystems. Draft, review and negotiate contracts. Work with compliance team on regulatory issues. Support the CEO and the VP of Finance in capital raising efforts. Build influential relationships with Leadership and product teams. Handle corporate governance matters, including Board materials, consents, minutes, and manage internal processes and policies.
