Pharmaceutical Associate
The candidate works closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process. Prepares and files patent applications. Conducts freedom-to-operate and patentability analysis. Assists in other responsibilities or projects, as requested or needed. Graduate with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry or a related field of study is required. Should have 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience. Should be admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York. Should be admitted to the USPTO.
