The candidate will partner with Skip Tracers to enter information into our claim management system. Develop analytics skills used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information from various sources, such as court records, credit header data, and people location software. Perform in-depth people searches for information to assist in the legal collections process. Make phone contact as needed to confirm data. Update verified data in the system of record. Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.). Familiarity with research and web search tools and techniques is a must. Excellent communication skills are a must. Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles is preferred.
