Human Resources Specialist
The candidate will be serving as the employee relations contact. Successfully overseeing and implementing compensation, benefit and incentive plans. Suggesting and implementing Human Resources strategies. Working with the Operational Leadership team to contribute to talent acquisition, staffing needs, health and welfare benefits, and labor relations. Supporting the onboarding of staff and leadership. Managing PTO, VTO and employee attendance. Addressing Performance Improvement when necessary. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. Supervisory Experience is preferred. Experience working in a professional services firm is preferred. SHRM certificate is preferred, as well as relevant continued Human Resources education.
