The candidate must have 3 years of patent prosecution experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but extensive or equal experience may be considered. Must be familiar with the preparation and filing of a new application, handling formalities, preparing and filing Office Actions, preparing and filing Information Disclosure Statements, handling allowances, paying and filing Issue Fee payment and Maintenance Fees, and other general matters as they may arise. Familiarity and a high level of proficiency with PAIR as well as MS Office Products and PDF Products is required.
