The candidate should have 3+ years of experience working in a trust and estate practice at a law firm, CPA firm, or bank (law firm preferred) which includes experience: preparing and filing Federal and state estate tax and gift tax returns; preparing and filing Federal and state fiduciary income tax returns; preparing financial statements as necessary for probate and trust administration, and preparing and drafting formal estate and trust accountings and maintaining annual accounts and records for various estates and trusts. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
