The candidate should have at least two(2) years of experience. Must have experience in a wide array of employment law services, including employment litigation and administrative matters, counseling clients on day to day employment law issues; drafting and reviewing employment-related agreements and policies; enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants; analysis and advice regarding wage/hour issues; and employment issues that arise in the firm’s corporate transactional practice.
