The candidate will responsible for the day to day handling of cases until they are transferred to an attorney. Specific job duties include contacting clients by phone and email, answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and emails, ordering medical records, and communicating with different hearing offices. Must be able to operate well under pressure and tight deadlines, Must be able to multi task and handle a large volume of incoming calls while completing other daily duties, Must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, Must have some college or paralegal certificate, Must have excellent written and communication skills, Must be able to pass background check.
