Responsibilities: Creating and maintaining checklists to keep track of all aspects of transactions from concept through closing. Building knowledge of team and client systems and processes. Gathering and maintaining client and transaction-related records in our case management systems. Review and abstracting of purchase agreements with attention to critical dates and closing conditions. Review and analysis of title and survey matters. Drafting title review memoranda and title objection letters. Organizing and fulfilling conditions necessary to satisfy title requirements. Researching real property tax and ownership information. Coordinating, conducting, and funding escrow closings. Compliance with escrow instruction letters, including recording and the issuance of final title insurance policies; and managing post-closings.
