Litigation Support Specialist / IT
The candidate will provide technical litigation support services to attorneys and clients. Provide first-level computer support; assist IT manager in Firm IT projects. Assist the IT manager with setting up workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment at users’ desks, including imaging (we will train on imaging). Perform administrative functions associated with the day to day use of litigation support software Concordance, Relativity, Disco, Case Notebook databases, including but not limited to: database maintenance; importing images, data, and transcripts; searching and exporting data; document scanning, OCR and coding; and document productions. Assist in the preparation of documents and exhibits for deposition and trial. Provide trial support to the trial team in the office and courtrooms. Coordinate and manage vendor projects. Track and reporttasks and time involved in all litigation support projects. Provide firm training and education on litigation support resources and tools, as needed. Should have B.A., B.S., or A.A. and/or relevant work experience; preferably 2+ years of experience in electronic discovery data processing in a law firm setting.
