Coordinates the positioning of CBS Network commercials for NCAA Basketball broadcasts on the CBS Television Network. Will create multiple commercial rotations for the NCAA Tournament programs which will include allocating billboards and researching commercials timings for clients. Enter and update commercial information into the sales system. Frequent communication with the Sales Coordination Director.
Must be able to work from March 5th thru March 30th, 2018.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday/10a-6p with OT as needed.
Must be able to work the dates/hours required
Possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
Proficient in MS Word.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
Experience with data entry a plus.
