Responsibilities: Contract management and support for standard corporate agreements, including preparation, review and assessment of a variety of legal documents. Provide assistance to internal departments in preparation and review of contracts. Proactively manage deadlines for the Legal department and keep track of due dates to ensure documents and projects are addressed in a timely manner. Collaborate with business partners across the organization and outside counsel as necessary. Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and trackers for efficient workflow. Develop and maintain Legal department tools to streamline and improve new or existing practices. Records Administration. Digitize and make available company-wide documents to Executive Management and internal departments. Attend and actively participate in core team meetings held by the Document Management System (DMS) committee. Manage the process of signing and diligently tracking progress of legal documents. Record, oversee and monitor documents and items being placed in and removed from storage as required by company retention policy. Provide Legal and Administrative support as needed.
