About the Role:This position is with Fiserv’s Financial & Risk Management division and specifically aligned to the Enterprise Content Management business unit. The individual in this role is part of the Training team and will collaborate across functions.  This position is responsible for the design, development and delivery of eLearning curriculum and virtual training options for company products including Fiserv’s Nautilus (Fiserv branded OnBase application) and Fiserv’s Loan Complete.About our Business: FRMS provides an essential set of payments, financial, & risk management solutions that deliver a superior user experience, operating efficiencies and management insight enabling our clients to protect and grow their businessEssential Job Responsibilities:  Design, develop, and deliver self-paced eLearning product training programs that are consumed by external clients and division associates. Focus is the Nautilus On Demand library. Assume role as instructional designer for the Loan Complete product. Apply Rapid Development methodology and Project Management disciplines Consult with internal subject matter experts to understand product training requirements and design appropriate solutions. Partner with subject matter experts to develop content; extracting pertinent product information. Design eLearning courses; conduct needs analysis, create storyboards and design documents. Develop eLearning tutorial scripts for training courseware offerings. Maintain developed courseware and upgrade content to the current release. Deploy courses and curriculum via learning technologies, responsible for uploading learning objects to learning management systems (LMS). Manage client curriculum assignments and Nautilus On Demand renewals as required. Recommend training process improvements, learning solutions, changes or variations from current materials and procedures. Promote and support standardization of division-wide processes, disciplines, and strategies as required. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across division product lines and functional areas. Operate under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. Perform other administrative duties as the role requires.Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or Instructional Design or minimum 5 years of business related experience in Instructional DesignCertifications:Job Related Experience:Require minimum 5 years’ Instructional Design and Development experienceMinimum 5 years’ experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe eLearning Suite, Camtasia, etc.)5 years minimum Instructional design experience for virtual education and self-paced online programsApplied Interface design and storyboarding for online synchronous, asynchronous, and/or web-based training course deliveryDesigned and developed technical training programsMinimum 3 years, designed and developed product training programs for client consumption2 years’ experience with learning management systems (i.e. Cornerstone)Knowledgeable of the ADDIE method; Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, EvaluationProven ability to synthesize and research ideas and materials.Demonstrated strong communication skills - verbal and writing abilitiesMinimum 1 year narration skillsStrong project management abilitiesVisual communication - ability to identify appropriate material requiring visual emphasis or clarification (basic graphic and layout and production skills).Certifications:Certified in Instructional Design preferredAdditional Skills/Knowledge:Experience in the financial services industry is a plusDemonstrates proficiency using online collaborative distance learning tools (i.e. virtual classrooms)Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with all levelsExcellent organization skills, with the ability to multi-task, including managing multiple and varied training programs.
