The Workplace Solutions Mergers & Acquisitions Leader will lead the due diligence and integration activities for merger, acquisition and disposition activity.
Responsibilities
Lead the due diligence and integration activities for merger, acquisition and disposition activity for the Workplace Solutions Organization, representing all workstreams. Advise on all real estate matters, providing subject matter expertise, identifying risks, providing mitigation strategies in addition to synergies and dis-synergies. Ensure all deliverables to support the Corporate Development, Integration Management Office are met in a timely manner. Leverage and manage project management and variable resources as needed to support the due diligence and integration activities. Develop and oversee execution of integration plan with engagement of other Workplace Solutions workstreams in alignment with business partner strategy. Partner with other shared service partners (information technology, human resources, finance, risk management, legal and safety & security) to optimize the due diligence and integration paths to minimize impact on the entity being acquired. Represent the Workplace Solutions Organization in communications with parties of the entity being acquired.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of real estate technical experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
2 plus years of project leadership experience
Proven collaboration skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Certification as a Certificate in Commercial Investment Management (CCIM), Masters in Corporate Real Estate (Corenet Global) and or Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute)
