Justice Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ontario Systems, is seeking a self-starting, part-time

Administrative Support Specialist

to work with its CitePayUSA product.

Location

This position will work from our Albuquerque, New Mexico, office.

Our office hours are 8am – 5pm. We are looking for an individual to work full days (8 hours) on Tuesday/Thursday and a half day (4 hours) on Friday.

What You’ll Do

Effectively serve as the first line of support for CitePay users

Professionally greet and assist customers.

Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, courteously, and efficiently.

Handle high volume of calls and multi-task as calls come in. Call volume varies, so flexibility and ability to juggle up to 10 calls/hour is required.

Assist attorneys with e-filing questions

Determine and escalate calls to CitePay Product Manager, as needed.

Stay calm and de-escalate calls, as needed.

Ensure courts are connected to CitePay

Communicate effectively with courts who are disconnected.

Follow flow chart to get courts reconnected.

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some college experience and/or currently pursuing a degree is preferred, but not required

One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong customer service orientation and communication

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

Analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and research skills

Ability to understand business issues and processes

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and similar computing skills

Knowledge of customer service best practices, professionalism, and phone/email courtesy

General understanding of website navigation and online payments

Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language

Highly self-motivated and directed

Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment -- multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner

Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
