The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery, performance, and quality. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with engineering teams to drive Quality products from design completion to volume production release.

Performs various engineering Strategies to verify and validate products and ecosystems. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5 or more years of experience developing strategies that drive Quality and Testing in an IT organization.

3 or more years of experience driving quality strategy and leadership in support of web application(s), infrastructure, cyber security, and cloud technologies and transformations.

Must have strong experience and knowledge working with infrastructure technology and infrastructure as code.

Ability to drive continuous Quality improvements across an IT organization.

Ability to identify metrics and Key Performance Indicators in an IT organization.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders

Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, statistical process improvement, and root cause analysis .

Must have sound technical knowledge and aptitude.

Must understand Quality Management principles.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

ISTQB Certified

Six Sigma Certified

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight

SAFE Agile Certified
