The candidate must has experience with commercial real estate transactions, is well-versed in title, survey, zoning, and lease review, can independently review and analyze complex real estate and corporate due diligence, and has proficiency maintaining checklists and drafting basic real estate documents. The successful candidate thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere, deftly manage multiple work streams, and can manage and train legal staff including paralegals and junior associates. Staff attorneys are an integral part of our team and key to providing excellent service to our clients. The successful candidate has law firm experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Candidates must have a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction’s bar.
