Job Overview: The Litigation Attorney will play a pivotal role in managing client litigation needs, including dispute resolution, negotiations, and settlements. They will collaborate with team members, serve as a subject matter expert, and guide the selection of client cases. This position requires at least 3 years of legal experience, Colorado bar membership in good standing, and a willingness to embrace new technology and legal practice processes.

Duties:

• Dissect and analyze best outcome scenarios and approaches for client cases.
• Manage client litigation needs, including dispute resolution, negotiations, and settlements.
• Design and implement litigation and dispute resolution strategies focused on favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members through meetings, presentations, and analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert to consult and communicate with clients and team members.
• Determine which client cases to accept and take on.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
• Openness to adopting and using new technology and legal practice processes.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Colorado State Bar Association.
