Associate - Individual Practice Area

The candidate will represent individual employees in all areas of employment law, including cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, leaves of absence, layoffs and executive compensation. Extensive client contact, and exposure to the firm’s counseling, negotiation, and litigation practices. Should have 3-4 years of experience in employment law, and current or pending CA Bar admission. Should have strong analytical, writing, research, litigation, and case management skills, and a commitment to protecting individual employment rights.
