Candidates must have knowledge and experience in the Legal and Real Estate fields, including but not limited to:

1.     Drafting pleadings and correspondence.

2.     E-filing at both the State and Federal levels.

3.     Written and oral communication skills.

4.     Ability to calendar and keep track of legal deadlines.

5.     Detailed property and legal research.

6.     Skills in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat DC.

7.     Trail prep experience preferred but not required.
