Location:

Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including data processing agreements
• Provide legal counsel on data privacy compliance and related matters
• Advise clients in various industries, with a focus on the biotech sector
• Ensure that all commercial agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards
• Manage complex contract negotiations and client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet the contracting needs of the firm’s clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on commercial contracts
• Experience with data processing agreements and data privacy compliance
• Biotech sector experience preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiating in a law firm environment
• Ability to handle complex contract negotiations and advise on legal strategy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
