Part-time Paralegal

The candidate will be drafting and editing of existing commercial and vendor agreements, Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements, as well as other legal documents. Researching legislation and regulations that are relevant as need necessitates. Maintaining and updating contracts and other legal document templates. Providing administrative and organizational support for corporate-related projects. Developing and maintaining corporate governance documents. Providing support in connection with annual KYC, AML and due diligence inquiries from financial institutions. Providing support to Executive Team as needed with due diligence, capital raises, and M&A. Bachelor’s degree with additional relevant certifications is preferred. Should have 3+ years of paralegal experience with 1+ years of supporting commercial legal work. A strong ability to multi-task is needed. Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills are needed. Creative and analytical thinker and problem solver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects at once. Attention to detail and work well with cross-functional teams are needed.
