Contracts Paralegal
The candidate maintains and manages the contract review process beginning with the review of the submitted contract request form and ending with the contract's execution. Throughout the process, the Contracts Paralegal works under the direction of the Senior Contracts Paralegal and In-House Counsel and works as part of a cross-functional team of legal, sales and operations representatives. Should have High School Dipoloma or equivalent. BA in Business or related field is desired. Must have 2 years experience managing and negotiating contracts. Healthcare experience is a plus. Knowledge of contract drafting principles and ability to negotiate with customers and vendors are required. Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be capable of working in an environment where evolution and change are the norm and where every day brings new and interesting challenges. Should have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
