The candidate must have an interest in finance law and have experience with Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, basic document management, and legal research systems and software. Must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. A background in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters and big law experience will be considered a plus. Must be eligible to become licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which they are applying. Strong academic background is required.
