Full Time Human Resource Director
Job Description Summary
The Director of Human Resources will be a key member of the executive leadership team reporting to the Executive Director. As an accomplished HR strategic leader, you will drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. This position is responsible for strength through overall employee selection, training and development, company culture preservation, talent management, recruitment, on/off-boarding, employee and labor relations, contracts and driving change management at all levels throughout our diverse and multi-cultural organization. You will also optimize efficiency in operations while influencing and infusing company values, policies and procedures, in alignment with our strategic plan and growth.
This role is highly visible within our organization and requires a change agent who is a collaborative and strategic professional. The ideal candidate is both people oriented and business savvy with the ability to combine creativity and studied, factual optimism effortlessly.
Knowledge / Abilities / Skills
Our selected candidate will have the skills to effectively implement all that you have previously read.
• BA/BS Degree (master’s degree or MBA preferred) in Human Resources or in a related field.
• Prefer 3+ years’ experience in HR management, business administration, or related field.

Salary: $18 to $24 per hour
