The candidate will work directly with business account team members, corporate development, client partners, and a broad variety of internal stakeholders to ensure recently acquired entities are successfully integrated into company’s commercial contracting function. Performing due diligence on material contracts. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor and client contracts. Reviewing, analyzing, and opining on risk associated with existing contracts of recently-acquired entities. Working as part of a cross-functional team to help newly-acquired entities integrate smoothly into **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Analyzing and assessing business processes, spotting issues, flagging risk, and proposing solutions. Driving processes and efficiencies across the Corporate Development and commercial contract teams. Should have 5-10 years of combined experience in a top law firm or in-house legal department. Must have deep experience contracting with clients and vendors (including software, hardware, and service vendors) on broad variety of inbound and outbound technology and commercial transactions, including professional services, resell, licensing, teaming, and alliance deals. Should have experience with M&A, post-close integrations and possess the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced and global environment to draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts with autonomy. Should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and should have prior experiencing managing demanding timelines from multiple business stakeholders.
