Corporate Finance Manager
The candidate will assist in designing and implementing financial growth strategies for the Company. Will assist in steering the fiscal advancement of the Company, shaping and implementing best practices, and nurturing financial growth opportunities in support of our DOD mission. Advise the Executive Staff (CEO, CFO, COO, and Controller) and perform analysis needed to make decisions related to investments, financing, capital structure, and business partnerships. Conducting diligence and performing financial analysis in support of the corporate finance group. Building and maintaining relationships with local banks and other financial institutions. Traveling among all states where we are or will be hosting offices as a representative of the corporate finance group. Should have an MBA and/or JD from an accredited academic institution. Special consideration will be given to those candidates with experience in government contracting businesses. Ideally have 5-7 years of work experience in a financial analyst role or equivalent. Must have a strong understanding of financial concepts, instruments, capital structures and strategies.
