The firm's Dallas office is looking to hire an associate with 4-5 years of substantive debt financing experience to join our Corporate Department. Strong deal experience at a large firm with a particular focus on leveraged acquisition financing transactions and other sophisticated debt financing transactions is preferred. It is also desirable that candidates have experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, both senior and subordinated, involving domestic and international credit facilities for direct and sponsored transactions and leading significant portions of those transactions. Preferably, candidates should have both cash flow and asset-based lending experience. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas bar or willing to take the Texas bar at the first opportunity.
